Walking In Guernsey | Tips To See The Sights

If you enjoy walking as much as I do, check out Guernsey, one of the southern most parts of the British Isle which is considered to be a great place for walkers. The spectacular country side, fascinating townscapes, abundance of birds and flowers, pedestrianised town centre, and the long sandy beaches make Guernsey one of the best places for those who enjoy taking long walks.
What I like about Guernsey the most is that you can get off the plane and start walking right away. The walking festival is one of the main attractions in Guernsey and something that a walking enthusiast cannot miss. It takes place in spring and autumn, and there are close to 40 guided walks that you can choose from and enjoy. I took part in five of the walks during the festival and enjoyed them thoroughly.
